Here at Rad Rentals LLC we pride ourselves on our rental experience. Our clients aren't just clients to us. In fact, most turn into friends! We enjoy helping you celebrate your special moments just as much as you do!

All of our houses are maintained, cleaned and sanitized after each and every use. We care about you and your family and want to give you peace of mind that your loved ones are safe!
We coordinate all drop off and pick up times for you so you don't have to stress about it! We'll make sure everything is set up at least an hour before your event begins, and we will handle the tear down for you as well!
We do take a $50 non-refundable deposit to book your event. This allows us to hold the specific product you are interested in for the date and time you need it for. Life does happen though. If your event ends up cancelled or rescheduled, we do allow one reschedule.
In the event that your party is not at a residence where we can plug in an extension cord, we do have a generator. There is an extra fee associated with us delivering and powering your party with our generator.

What if my event is held somewhere without an outlet?No worries! We have a generator. We do have a fee to deliver and run the generator at your event. Send us a message or booking request to work out all the details and pricing!

Do you offer decoration services without me renting a bounce house?Absolutely! All of our services are completely customizable! We provide everything separately, or all together! We're here to help you!

How do I book?Reach out to us! You can email, call, text, submit a booking request or reach out to us on any of our social media accounts. We will ask about some of the details of your party, check our availability and help you complete the booking process!

Do you charge a delivery fee?We deliver within 25 minutes of Berthoud for no charge. If you are more than 25 minutes from Berthoud, we do charge a fee. The amount of that fee depends on the distance. Send us a message to learn more.

Can I rent more than one bounce house at a time?Absolutely! We will make your party as rad as you want us to!

What happens if my event is cancelled or rescheduled?We take a $50 deposit to book your event. That deposit is non-refundable. It allows us to hold the product you choose and the date and time of your event just for you. If we have already dropped off your rental to your event, then the entire price is also non-refundable. However, we understand that life happens sometimes. If your event is rescheduled or cancelled one week or more before we drop off, we do allow one reschedule. If you cancel within one week of your event, you are subject to a 20% fee that is non-refundable due to the prep work (cleaning, getting balloons ready, etc.) that we do in advance of your event.

What are the rules for the bounce houses?We will go over all the rules with you at the time of drop off. They are all listed on our waiver, and you will receive a copy when we drop off. The basic rules are don't pop it, no food, no drinks, to face paint, no confetti and no shoes. We expect to pick it up in the same condition that we dropped it off.

Can I rent your bounce houses overnight?We do offer overnight rentals. Our standard pricing is for 4 hours. If you wish to rent over night, we will work with you to determine he correct pricing.

What happens if I can't pay my balance on time?If payment is not made in full by the date of your event, including any cancellation fees that are accessed, we add a $25 late fee for each week your payment is past due.
